Privacy Policy: Route Lock

Effective October 31, 2026. This policy covers the Jobber add-on Route Lock ("the app"), made by Zecro LLC ("we", "us"). Contact: the contact page. A public email address is not listed on this site.

The app is for keeping a chosen stop order on recurring routes.

Who uses it

A Jobber account admin (or someone they allow) installs the app into that Jobber account. It is used inside Jobber, for that account's own work.

What information the app uses

The app uses Jobber data the account authorizes when it is installed, and only to provide the feature: keeping a chosen stop order on recurring routes. In practice that means the routes, visits, and stop order the app needs in order to hold that sequence. The permission list Jobber shows at install is the list that applies to your account.

The app does not ask you to create a separate Zecro account.

Where it is processed

Work is done against your Jobber account. Zecro LLC does not run a separate database of your clients, jobs, routes, visits, or agreements, and we do not receive a copy of those records on our own servers. We do not sell that data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train models.

The marketing site at zecro.io does not receive your Jobber data. This page is documentation. It is not the app.

What the app does not include

The app does not include third-party analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels.

Pro licenses

Pro is optional and is sold on Gumroad. Gumroad is the seller of record for the payment and processes checkout under Gumroad's privacy policy. Zecro does not receive your card number. If you enter a license key, the app keeps it in its settings inside your Jobber account so Pro stays unlocked. That key is not a copy of your Jobber data. If you do not buy Pro, no payment data is involved.

How long it is kept

Records that live in Jobber stay in Jobber under Jobber's own retention, including after you uninstall, because they are your Jobber records. Uninstalling the app removes its access. License settings kept by the app go away when the app is uninstalled. To ask for help removing something the app stored, use the contact page.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your Jobber data with third parties. Jobber processes it as your system of record. Gumroad processes a Pro purchase only if you choose to buy one.

Your requests

Use the contact page. A public inbox is not published on this site, so a reply time is not promised here. An account admin can uninstall the app at any time from Jobber.

Children

The app is not directed at children.
