US Address Geocoder — Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Zecro LLC ("we"), the maker of the US Address Geocoder add-on for Google Sheets ("the add-on"). By installing or using the add-on you agree to them.

1. What the add-on does. It sends addresses you choose to the U.S. Census Bureau Geocoder and writes the results into your spreadsheet. This product uses the U.S. Census Bureau Geocoder but is not endorsed or certified by the Census Bureau.
2. Plans. The free plan allows up to 1,000 addresses per day per Google account. Pro removes that limit and is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription through Gumroad, which acts as the seller and handles payment, taxes, cancellations and refunds under its own terms. A Pro license key may be activated on up to 3 Google accounts.
3. No warranty. Results come from a free government service and may be missing, approximate or wrong. Coordinates are estimated along the street, not exact building locations. The add-on is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Check results before relying on them, and do not use them for emergency services, legal boundaries or safety decisions.
4. Availability. The add-on depends on the Census Bureau and Google services, which may change, slow down or stop. We may change or discontinue the add-on. If we discontinue Pro, active subscriptions will be cancelled so no further renewals are charged.
5. Acceptable use. Do not use the add-on to break the law, overload the Census service, or resell its output in breach of anyone's rights. You are responsible for having the right to process the addresses you geocode.
6. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, Zecro LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim.
