Privacy Policy: Shorts Uploader

Effective October 19, 2026. This policy covers "Shorts", a private YouTube upload tool operated by Zecro LLC ("we", "us"). Contact: the contact page.

Who uses the app

The app is used only by Zecro LLC to manage its own YouTube channels (How to Universe and Saturday Morning Cartoons). It is not offered to the public.

What Google data we access

Google sign-in tokens (OAuth access and refresh tokens) that let the app act on the signed-in YouTube channel.
YouTube data for the signed-in channel only: the channel's own videos and their details (title, description, tags, thumbnails, privacy and schedule settings, and basic statistics such as views).

The app requests YouTube permissions to upload videos and to manage the channel's own videos.

How we use it

We use this data only to upload our own videos, edit their details, schedule them, and check how they perform. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not build profiles of anyone.

Storage and security

Sign-in tokens are stored privately on our own systems, are not published, and are never put in shared files or code. Only Zecro LLC can access them. We keep tokens only while the app is in use, and delete them when a channel stops using the app or revokes access.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade or share Google user data with anyone. Data goes only to Google/YouTube, as needed to carry out the uploads and edits.

Google API Services User Data Policy

The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The app also uses YouTube API Services; see the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Revoking access

You can remove the app's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Once access is removed, the app can no longer upload to or manage that channel. To have stored data deleted, use the contact page. A public email address is not listed on this site.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. The current version is published at https://zecro.io/apps/youtube/shorts-uploader/privacy.
