Form & Field Bulk Admin

Form & Field Bulk Admin reads and edits Zendesk ticket forms and ticket fields through the Zendesk API, using the signed-in admin's own session, and only when that admin takes an action. It runs in the browser. Zecro runs no server for it.

What it does

  • No analytics, tracking, or cookies of its own, and nothing is sent to Zecro.
  • An undo log of recent changes is kept in localStorage on the admin's device. Use the same browser to undo. Clearing site data, or uninstalling, removes the log.
