This policy covers the Zendesk app "Form & Field Bulk Admin" ("the app"), made by Zecro LLC.

What the app accesses

The app reads and edits your Zendesk ticket forms and ticket fields through the Zendesk API, using the signed-in admin's own session. It does this only when the admin takes an action.

Where data goes

The app runs entirely in the admin's browser. Zecro runs no server for it. The app sends no data to Zecro or to any third party, and it uses no analytics, tracking or cookies of its own.

What is stored

The app keeps an undo log of recent changes in your browser's localStorage, on your own device. Clearing your browser's site data or uninstalling the app removes it. Zecro never receives this log.

We do not collect, sell or share personal data.
