Support: Zecro LLC Jira apps

Apps: Last Comment for Jira, Undelete & Restore for Jira.

• Contact: the contact page. A public email address is not listed on this site, and that page does not send messages yet.
• Please include, when a message can be sent: your Jira site URL, the app name, what you expected, what happened, and the issue keys involved. Don't send passwords or API tokens.
• Security: describe it as a security report.

Common questions

Last Comment shows an older comment. It shows the newest public comment; newer restricted comments are skipped on purpose.

~ search doesn't work on Last Comment. Jira doesn't support it for this field type; filter by Last Comment Date or Author instead.

Undelete & Restore didn't capture an issue. Only issues in covered projects, created or changed after install, are fully captured. Check Settings → Covered projects.

Attachments are missing after restore. Attachments aren't restored in this version; their file names are listed on the restored issue.
